Vontu Names Former Oracle Executive Adrian Ivanov Vice President of Business Development
SAN FRANCISCO — May 14, 2007 — Vontu, Inc., the leader in Data Loss Prevention solutions, today announced that it has appointed Adrian Ivanov as vice president of business development. Mr. Ivanov brings more than 17 years of experience in the enterprise applications industry with companies such as Oracle and PeopleSoft, where he held management positions over a variety of functions including alliances and channels, sales, product management and professional services. In this new role, Mr. Ivanov will concentrate on establishing and furthering strategic alliances that will expand the company's worldwide market opportunities.

Mr. Ivanov most recently served as vice president, North America, Alliances and Channels at Oracle Corporation where he led the Application Reseller channel programs. Prior to that, Mr. Ivanov spent a total of nine years at PeopleSoft, where he served in a variety of executive roles, most recently as senior director of Global Alliances. Mr. Ivanov has a bachelor's degree in finance from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
