Vontu Executives and Customers to Discuss Data Loss Prevention at 2007 RSA Conference

SAN FRANCISCO — February 5, 2007 — Vontu, Inc., the leader in Data Loss Prevention solutions, today announced that two of its executives will join security industry leaders to discuss data security issues at the 2007 RSA Conference. Vontu CEO Joseph Ansanelli, and Vice President of Products and Marketing Steve Roop, will discuss best practices in data loss prevention with security industry leaders. In addition, Vontu customer Tess Koleczek, chief privacy officer, E-LOAN, will participate in a panel on privacy and data security in a global environment.

    Vontu CEO Joseph Ansanelli will join security leaders for this panel on how to secure enterprises in a data-centric business world. Moderator Larry Ponemon, chairman of the Ponemon Institute, and panelists including Glen Chrzas, vice president of Technology at Altura Credit Union, Rhonda MacLean, president of MacLean Risk Partners, and Nasrin Rezai, director of Information Security at Cisco Systems, will discuss best practice approaches for protecting data from misuse and share experiences in data protection.
  • "Privacy and Data Security Frameworks Around the Globe: Lessons Learned"

    Vontu customer Tess Koleczek, chief privacy officer, E-LOAN will participate in a panel on maintaining privacy and data security in a global environment. Led by Franck Journoud, the manager of Information Security Policy at the Business Software Alliance, this panel will discuss existing and emerging policy frameworks in Europe, Japan, the United States and Latin America.
